Jerry Owen is president and founder of Intrix Corporation LLC. He leads Intrix offices in the Americas. He has a twenty-year background in the computer, electronics and automotive industries working on international product and business strategies. Mr. Owen's expertise covers the linkages between business goals and strategies and product strategies and plans, particularly in a global business environment.
Prior to founding Intrix, Mr. Owen was President of InterMatrix Inc., an international consulting firm with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. Mr. Owen also worked for Lex Service Plc, a UK company and was responsible for building a new business for Lex in electronic component distribution in the US, Europe and Asia. He also has international business experience with IBM Europe and Plessey Telecommunications. Mr. Owen has degrees in Physics from Oxford University and an MBA from Windsor, Canada.
Jerry Owen lives in Connecticut, where he spends his free time playing golf and gardening. He was born in England and is fluent in English and French.
Jose Miguel Cuevas
Jose Miguel Cuevas is Principal of Intrix Corporation. He joined Intrix in 2002. Mr. Cuevas is in charge of the automotive, aviation, food and beverage and motorcycle Industries. Mr. Cuevas has successfully assisted companies in entry strategy especially in the US, managing important accounts such as Toyota. He also oversees Intrix projects and alliances in Chile and Argentina.
Mr. Cuevas is originally from Chile, where he worked before joined Intrix. He has experience in the machinery industry, leading the commercial department of a medium company in that sector. Mr. Cuevas also worked at IBM USA where he was an associate engineer. Mr. Cuevas is an Electrical Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and he received his MBA from the University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
Mr. Cuevas enjoys parenting, traveling and listening classic music. He is married and has two daughters. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and proficient in French.
Karina Liendo
Ms. Liendo is a Senior Consultant for Intrix Corporation. She joinde Intrix in 2001. Ms. Liendo has conducted several market mapping and strategic plans in the textile and apparel, telecommunications and technology sectors. She is responsible for supervising Boston (US), Mexico and Peru markets.
Ms. Liendo completed her undergraduate in Business Administration in Chile, and immediately started her own business. After her entrepreneurial experience, she worked for the University of Tarapaca in Chile. Her next career move was to the private sector where she designed commercial strategies and supervised sales for a Regional Construction Holding. She holds a Masters degree from Arthur D. Little School of Management and a Masters in Marketing from ESEM Spain.
Ms. Liendo is originally from Peru and now lives in Boston. She loves to travel and learn about different cultures. She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Andre Marzall
Andre Marzall is Intrix Brazil General Manager. He is in charge of operations in the Brazilian Market as well as managing the accounts from there. Mr. Marzall has ten years of experience in international marketing and trading throughout Latin America, Europe and USA.
Mr.Marzall acquired his first experience in foreign business working with exports in a multinational autoparts manufacturer in Brazil. After this period, he decided to move into consulting for companies based in Brazil, assisting them in their foreign business operations. Mr.Marzall has also conducted multiple projects helping companies enter into Brazil. Before joining Intrix Mr. Marzall was the co-founder of a trading company. He has extensive knowledge of the Brazilian market's regulations.
Mr. Marzall has a degree in foreign business (Mackenzie - Brazil), specialization in foreign trading procedures and a post graduation in international marketing (UNIP - Brazil). He has traveled extensively and lived abroad. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, German and Portuguese. In his free time he enjoys sports, traveling and painting.
